My Gear?

Ok, let's start with history. I began in photography with a Leica Digilux 2 point and shoot in 2003. Graduated to a Nikon D80 and then a Nikon D300S which I shot with for years. Then I started reading about the micro 4/3's systems and was intrigued. I was shooting Birds and Wildlife with a Nikon D300s and Sigma 150-500mm lens. Pretty heavy to hand-hold after a while. So, based on size and weight, and the promise of big things in the micro 4/3 world I made the witch to Olympus.

So far so good! Much lighter and smaller. The only downside is that the autofocus on moving subjects is slower, but the newer body models seem to be getting better. Time to save some money for that!
